I dont have AGM minutes, never have. Nor do I think that can acheive anything. Most I remember about that AGM is spending the time with Ron, who is still sorely missed and wont be forgotten.
Re magazine. I think selling it is like mortgaging the future. Can help short term but not long.. However, no one is argueing that the membership is in decline, but I can see your one positive comment regarding the amalgamation of all the clubs, and I think its quite a good one in theory.. Reality may be a different kettle of fish.

Workload, it always surprises me that Directors claim this workload as a 'hourly bill'. Perhaps one needs to look at the agenda and remove non necessary items until you have got the core issues and the core jobs. Personally, the only CORE job is to maintain members, not fight CASA, BAL, AAC etc etc. Without the members, AOPA is going to struggle. Focus on the membership, maybe some marketing and sales focus on the directors..
